Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via our online portal or email within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Furniture
Carefully disassemble your chair and place it back into its original heavy-duty shipping box using the provided protective inserts to prevent transit damage.
Attach Shipping Label
We will provide you with a prepaid FedEx return shipping label; simply print it out and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
